- Week 2
Sourcing and supplier checks
Finding suppliers, reading a quotation, spotting a trading company posing as a factory, sample terms.
- Week 3
Costing and pricing
Landed cost line by line — FOB, freight, insurance, duty, VAT, port charges — until the sheet balances.
- Week 4
Letters of credit and payment
LC at sight versus usance, TT, advance risk, bank charges, and the documents the bank will actually accept.
- Week 5
Shipping and documents
Incoterms, bill of lading, packing list, certificate of origin, HS codes and why the wrong code is expensive.
- Week 6
Customs and delivery
Bangladesh clearance, C&F agents, inspection, demurrage, and getting the goods to your warehouse.
